► remove the two blade retainers (fig. 19, ref. 3) by first pushing them towards the outside of 

the squeegee body (fig. 19, ref. 5) then extracting them;

 

► remove the blade (fig. 19, ref. 4);

 

► reuse the same blade by reversing the edge in contact with the floor until all four edges 

are worn out, or replace with a new blade, fitting it onto the screws on the squeegee body 

(fig. 19, ref. 5);

 

► reposition the two blade retainers (fig. 19, ref. 3) by centring the widest part of the slots 

over the fixing screws on the squeegee body (fig. 19, ref. 5) then pushing the blade retai

-

ners inwards;

 

► refasten the clip (fig. 19, ref. 8).

 

Replace the squeegee in its support following the instructions in the section “Mounting and 

adjusting the squeegee”.

Rear blade:

 

► unhook the hook clamp (fig. 19, rif. 8);

 

► slide out the two blade clamps (fig. 19, ref. 7) by first pushing them outwards with respect 

to the squeegee unit (fig. 19, ref. 5) and then taking them out;

 

► remove the blade (fig. 19, ref. 6);

 

► fit in the same blade inverting the edge in contact with the floor until all the four edges are 

worn, or else fit in a new blade embedding it in the screws of the squeegee unit (fig. 19, 

ref. 5);

 

► put the two blade clamps (fig. 19, ref. 7) back, centering the largest part of the slots on 

the fixing screws of the squeegee unit (fig. 19, ref. 5) and then pushing the blade clamps 

towards the inside of the squeegee itself;

 

► hook the clamp (fig. 19, ref. 8) again.

 

Replace the squeegee in its support following the instructions in the section “Mounting and 

adjusting the squeegee”.

Cleaning the water/detergent tank filter

 

► Make sure the tap slider control (fig.8-ref.3) is in the “CLOSED” position

 

► Unscrew the filter cover (fig.22-ref.1), remove the filter, then wash it under running water or 

using the same detergent dispensed by the machine.

 

► Replace the filter in its housing, making sure it is correctly positioned and screw the cover 

back on.

Basket filter: cleaning

 

► Detach the dirty water tank (Fig. 2, ref. 2) from the solution tank (Fig. 2, ref. 3) by releasing 

the locking catch (Fig. 7, ref. 1), located on the front of the machine;

 

► lift the dirty water tank, turning it around 90° backwards;

 

► remove the basket filter situated at the front of the machine.

 

► clean the filter under running water or with the same detergent used on the machine.

 

► replace the filter in its support and make sure it is positioned correctly in place.

 

lower the dirty water tank to the working position and attach it to the solution tank using the 

locking catch (Fig. 7, ref. 1);

Insert the squeegee back on its support following the instructions reported in §6.2.

Fuses: replacement

To replace the fuses in the control panel of the machine, proceed as follows:

 

► stop the machine and press the emergency button (fig. 8, ref. 2); engage the parking brake 

by means of the pedal (fig. 8, ref. 12);

 

► remove the fuse cover (fig. 20, ref. 1);

 

with the tweezers supplied with the machine take out the blown fuses and replace them 

with new ones of the same amperage;

 

reclose the fuse cover.

WARNING

The fuse FU7 must NOT be fitted if the machine is provided with gel batteries.
