5 - MACHINE DATA
5.1 Identifi cation plate
On each machine you will fi nd a plate
indicating the manufacturing data that must be
noted while requesting informations, technical
service or spare parts. A correct indication of
the “machine model” will prevent incorrect
informations from being given.
Here are the data you will fi nd on the plate
(for no reason must the data plate values be
altered):
- Manufacturer
- Model
- Supply
voltage
- Power installed
- CE symbol (machine built in compliance
with Machine Directive 89/392/CEE)
5.2 General test and inspection
Each machine has been tested before packaging
and delivery in order to ensure the correct work
of each component.
An accurate electrical safety test is executed in
compliance with specifi c electric
safety standards related to:
- Continuity test of the ground system.
- Measurement of insulation strength
between each phase and ground system.
- Dielectric strength test.
- Measurement of dispersed current.
- Measurement of power and absorbed
current (difference accepted if +/-10% of
nominal value)
- Measurement of maximum depression
and air exhaustion values.
- Measurement of maximum air absorption
quantity.
