INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: Before installing, make certain the A.C. power is off and the ILB-CP-HE-SD-XB
unit connector is disconnected.
The
ILB-CP-HE-SD-XB
is designed for use with most LED loads that operate at 10-60 VDC. The ILB-CP-HE-SD-XB has been
evaluated to and found compliant to UL 924 STANDARD FOR SAFETY Emergency Lighting and Power Equipment. The as-installed
performance of system must meet or exceed all Federal, State, and Local code requirements.

MOUNTING THE ILB-CP-HE-SD-XB

WIRING TO THE NORMAL LED DRIVER

CONNECTING COMPONENTS TO THE PUSH-IN-PORT
Mount the
ILB-CP-SD-XB
in the driver/lamp
compartment or enclosed wireway so that the
leads are not exposed, providing at least ½
″
space between normal AC driver and emergency
driver components. Install in accordance with
National Electrical Code and local regulations.
Wire the
ILB-CP-SD-XB
to the AC Driver input by connecting the BLACK wire to the Driver AC Input (120-277V), and the
WHITE wire to the Driver AC Neutral.
Connect the LED array to the
Red Push-In
Connector.
Observe proper polarity: NEG (-) lead
to the BLU/WHT wire on Red Push-In Connector,
POS (+) lead to the RED/WHT wire on Red Push-In
Connector.
Push-in leads should be stripped to 9mm ± 0.5 mm.
Attention: The Push-In Connector is specified for single use.
Removal of the leads after insertion can result in
damage to the connector and product failure. For replacement push-in connectors, contact Customer Service.
Wire the
ILB-CP-SD-XB
to the AC Driver output by connecting the RED (+) wire to the Driver LED Output (+), and the
BLUE (-) wire to the Driver LED Output (-).
