B. Incorrect time formats are as follows:
1) A time value is beyond the time range, such as 24:00.
2) A time value contains Chinese characters, for example, 9:00, which differs from
9:00.
3) A time value is preceded by a space. As shown in the following table, there is a
space in front of 09:00 in shift 1.
