10. Department Management

Used to view the department information of the device, establish the organizational
structure of the company, arrange the shift for the department, add, edit or delete the
number or name of the department.
10.1 Add a Department
In the initial interface, press [M/OK] > Department Management > Add Dept. to
enter the Add Dept. settings interface. Select Dept. Name and enter the department
name using the T9 input method.

Remarks:
1. The equipment will automatically assign numbers to departments, starting from 1
and so on.
2. Dept. Shift: Select the shift attendance used by all users of the department. Shifts
can be set in Shift set > Shifts setting , with a maximum of 24 shifts set by default.
