Part 8: Warranty conditions:
INVOLIGHT
devices are subject to the valid legal warranty provisions. Ask your specialist dealer about the valid
warranty provisions. The following conditions come into effect with the purchase of an
INVOLIGHT
product:
Only authorized dealers who are designated by
INVOLIGHT
may carry out repairs on
INVOLIGHT
devices. The
warranty claim expires if an unauthorized service, technician or a private person attempts to repair the device or
opens the device. Devices that are defective within the warranty period can be returned to the authorized seller for
repair or replacement. In the case of a necessary repair or exchange, please clarify the exact procedure for the
return shipment with the seller. If necessary, look in the general terms and conditions (GTC) of the seller to get
information about warranty processing. Wearing parts are only taken into account by the warranty if they already
show a defect when the device is delivered. The warranty claim does not exist if the device was destroyed by
one's own fault (e.g. fall or overvoltage). Mechanical defects such as broken switches or housing parts are also
excluded from the warranty. For all service and repair work, please contact the specialist dealer from whom the
device was purchased. He will help you as much as possible.
