THERMOSTAT SETTING
The freezer thermostat automatically regulates the inside temperature of the compartments. By
rotating the knob from position 1 to 5, colder temperatures can be obtained.
Note:
rotating the knob
beyond position 1 will stop the appliance.
FREEZER AND REFRIGERATOR THERMOSTAT SETTING
1-2:
for short-term storage of food in the freezer compartment, you can set the knob
between the minimum and medium position.
3-4:
for long-term storage of food in the freezer compartment, you can set the knob to the
medium position.
5:
for freezing fresh food. The appliance will run for colder temperatures.
Set the thermostat on setting 3. The appliance now cools continuously until the set temperature has
been reached. Do not place anything in the refrigerator until the set temperature is reached. This usually takes 2 or 3 hours. Then set
the thermostat at the desired setting and place food into the refrigerator.
SUPER FREEZE AND LOW AMBIENT SWITCH
a) Super freezing:
if the ambient temperature is more than 18°C,
this switch can be used as a super freeze switch. The appliance will
work longer when the super freeze button is switched on for
freezing the fresh food. So after you get the cold condition
(maximum 24 hours later) the super freeze button should be
switched off because of energy saving.
b) Low ambient performance:
if the ambient temperature is less
than 18°C, this button should be switched on for improving low
ambient performence. If the ambient temperature is more than
18°C this button should be switched off because of energy
saving (except freezing fresh food).
Note:
for energy saving do not switch on position “1”, if you don’t need.
Attention:
The ambient air temperature, how often the door is opened and the position of the appliance can affect the internal temperature.
These factors must be taken into account when setting the thermostat.
• Never introduce volatile, inflammable or explosive fluids such as alcohol, acetone or petrol because of the risk of explosion.
• A 5 minute delaying function is applied to prevent damage to the compressor of your appliance, when you take the plug out and
then plug it in again to operate it or when an energy breakdown occurs. Your appliance will start to operate normally after 5 minutes.
ACCESSORIES
Bottle holder
In order to prevent the bottles to slip or fall over you can use the bottle holder. You
can also prevent making noise that will be occur when you open or close the door.
Ice tray
• Fill the ice tray with water and place it in the freezer compartment.
• After the water has completely turned into ice, you can twist the tray as shown
below to get the ice cubes out of the tray.
