Chainguard
a.
Remove packaging materials from around spindle, attached
crank arm, and from around the chainring using a pair of
scissors or side cutters.
b.
Install the chainguard on the left side of the chain guard bracket
(see figures e and f). Use a 1/8
”
Allen Key from
[SHEET #1]
to
install the chainguard and hardware from
[SHEET #4]
as seen on
figure e.
c.
Starting with the lower screw, finger tighten screws through the
chainguard into the mounting bracket on the fork

Use the
1/8”
Allen Key from
[SHEET #1]
, tighten both
chainguard mounting screws.

4.
Crank Arm
a.
Gather the crank arm assembly using the hardware from
[SHEET #4]
and the 5mm Allen Key from
[SHEET #1]
b.
Use one of the M6 x 16mm Screws and thread it into the
middle hole of the clamp to decompress the clamp so it
slides onto the crank spindle easily.
i.
NOTE: Ensure both crank arms are parallel to each
other (this isn’t an upright bicycle buddy)

c.
After the crank arm assembly is on the spindle, remove the
M6 x 16mm Screw used in the middle hole and finger
tighten it into one of the outside holes.
