Invacare® Ultra Low Maxx by Motion Concepts

Remove removable axle (1).

Hold legrest securely and pull lever (1).

Remove legrest from holder (2).

10.2.5 Setting the angle of the leg rest

CAUTION!
Risk of injury

If the leg rest is not secured and the lever (1) is
removed, the leg rest will drop suddenly, which
could cause an injury.

– Secure the leg rest before you remove the

lever to adjust the angle of the leg rest.

Hold the leg rest securely.

Pull the lever (1).

Push the leg rest into the required position.

10.2.6 Setting Length of Legrest

•

3/16 inch Allen key

You can adjust the length of the legrests independently
of one another.

Fig. 10-11

Release the bolts (1) on the rear of the legrest using
the Allen key.

Set the desired length.

Retighten the bolts.

10.2.7 Setting Angle of Foot Plate

•

5/32 inch Allen key

Fig. 10-12

Fold the foot plates up in order to access the adjusting
screws (1).

Set the adjusting screws using the Allen key.

Fold the foot plate down again.

10.2.8 Remove/Install Adjustable Calf Pad

Removing

Remove the mounting screw

that secures the calf

pad adjuster

to the T-nut

inside the channel

of the center mount footrest

Remove the mounting screw

and locknut

that

secures the calf pad adjuster to the calf pad mounting
bracket

Remove the two mounting screws

that secure the

calf pad

to the calf pad mounting bracket.

Discard all attaching hardware. Keep the calf pad for
re-installation.

Repeat steps 1–4 for remaining calf pad.

Installing

For tightening torques on hardware, refer to

Tightening Torques

Secure the calf pad

to the calf pad mounting

bracket

with two mounting screws

Secure the calf pad mounting bracket to calf pad
adjuster

with mounting screw

and locknut

Insert the T-nut

into the channel

on the center

mount footrest

Secure the calf pad adjuster to the T-nut with a
mounting screw

Repeat steps 1–4 for remaining calf pad.
