The

regulator
is
intended
for
prescription
use
only,
to
be
used
as
part
of
a
portable
oxygen
delivery
system
for
patients
that
require
supplemental
oxygen
in
their
home
and
for
ambulatory
use.
Disposal Instructions

and

packaging
contain
no
hazardous
materials.
No
special
precautions
need
to
be
taken
when
disposing
the
device
and/or
it’s
packaging.
SIGNAL
WORD
MEANING
DANGER
Danger indicates an imminently hazardous situation which,
if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury.
WARNING
Warning indicates a potentially hazardous situation which,
if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury.
CAUTION
Caution indicates a potentially hazardous situation which,
if not avoided, may result in property damage or minor injury
or both.
