mounting

 

screw

 

on

 

the

 

footrest

 

angle

 

hinge

 

to

 

decrease

 

the

 

rotation

 

effort.

NOTE:

 

DO

 

NOT

 

remove

 

the

 

footplate

 

mounting

 

screw.

2. Tighten

 

the

 

mounting

 

screw

 

on

 

the

 

footrest

 

angle

 

hinge

 

to

 

increase

 

the

 

rotation

 

effort.

3. Repeat
