with the Companion Microphone

Charging the Companion Microphone

The Companion Microphone (Mic) has a rechargeable

battery. Charge your Companion Mic before using. 
To charge the Companion Mic, plug the charging

cable into the Micro USB charging port and then plug 
the 2-prong end into a power outlet.

During the charing process, the LED indicator will continuously flash red 
lights. When it is fully charged, the flashing lights will become green.

Charging an empty battery will take approximately one hour. It is safe to 
leave the charger connected overnight.

Tip: For safety reasons, only recharge the battery with the chargers

 

supplied by Hearing Help Express.
WARNING: Do not charge the Companion Mic while it is on your body.

LED Behavior on the Companion Microphone

Power On – Press and hold power button for at least 2 seconds.

If released before 2 seconds it will not turn on. 
Power Off  – Press and hold power button for at least 2 seconds.

If released before 2 seconds it will not turn off .
