Prodigy ONE.2 Info

The INFO menu of Prodigy ONE.2 houses the requisite information on the system’s

firmware and operating system versions. This information may be necessary to have

documented at any point if you ever need to contact

INTRAPHEX

for technical

support with your Prodigy ONE.2 system. Please take a moment to write down the

information provided in the INFO menu so that it’s easily accessed should you be

asked for it in the future.

Firmware and Operating System Info

Please write the information in the space provided on page 5 in the beginning

of this manual.

Serial Number

The serial number for Prodigy ONE.2 is actually found on the underside of the unit itself or on the original

packaging. Take a moment to locate that serial number and write the information in the space provided on page

5 in the beginning of this manual.

This example shows the Firmware (FW) and Operating System (OS) versions

of Prodigy ONE.2. Documenting this information will be helpful should you ever

need support from your installer or from INTRAPHEX.
