This option adjusts the video between 60 Hz and 50 Hz use the “UP /
DOWN” buttons to select “Flicker”, and press “OK” button to enter into the setting There
are 50Hz/60Hz After selection, press “OK button” to confirm, then press “MENU” button

This option adjusts the contrast of the video recording In the setting list,
