Fixing Conflicting Resources
1. From the desktop, right-click My Computer and then select Properties. The System
Properties dialog box appears.
2. Click the Device Manager tab and then click Network adapters. You will see the
Intermec MobileLAN card 11 if it is installed successfully.
If you also see a yellow sign, the resources are conflicting.
3. Choose the Intermec MobileLAN card 11 and then click Properties. You can see the
status of the PC card. If you see a yellow sign in front of the PC card, check the
following:
•
The client must support a 5V PC card.
•
The I/O base address that is assigned to the PC card must not conflict with any
other installed components.
•
The IRQ that is assigned to the PC card must not conflict with any other
installed components.
4. If the PC card still does not function, remove the PC card, uninstall the application
and reinstall the application.
You can also use the Windows NT Diagnostics application to help you set another I/O
base address and IRQ.
