To confirm the firmware version on your
access point
1. Establish a Web browser connection. For more information, see “Establishing a
Web Browser Session” on page 2-3.
2. Click Maintenance, and then click About this Access Point. The About this Access
Point screen appears.
You should have the information on this screen available when you call Intermec
Technical Support.
In the United States, call Intermec Technical Support at 1-800-755-5505. Outside the
United States, call your local Intermec office.
