Warranty Service
To get warranty service, contact the original place of purchase to
determine if your Intense 3D 100 board is covered within their warranty
period. If the place of purchase warranty period has expired, your
extended warranty period is covered by Intergraph. Refer to the limited
warranty statement at the beginning of this document for details.
To get warranty service from Intergraph, you must return the Intense
3D 100 board in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase
showing the purchase date, and the warranty card (found at the
beginning of this document). You must bear shipping, packaging, and
insurance costs for delivering the Intense 3D 100 board to Intergraph.
Intergraph will provide return shipment to you.
