Setting gas/air adjustment procedure
1.
Switch the appliance off with the on/off key ( - on service display).
2.
Remove the front panel from the appliance.
3.
Unscrew the CO
2
measuring nipple (X) and connect the measuring hose.
4.
Switch the appliance on with the on/off key.
High setting:

Adjust the appliance to the highest power by simultaneously pressing the keys
and on the operating panel until an
H
appears on the display.
6.
Check if the CO
2
level is in accordance with the value mentioned in the table below.
CAUTION
It is not possible to adjust the CO
2
percentage at high
setting. When the CO
2
percentage at high setting is not
within the prescribed tolerance band please contact
Intergas Heating.
7.
Note the measured CO
2
percentage.
Low setting:

Adjust the appliance to the lowest power by simultaneously pressing the keys
and on the operating panel until an
L
appears on the display.

Measure the CO
2
percentage. If the CO
2
percentage does not correspond with the
value as mentioned in the table below proceed with setting as follows:

Remove the cover cap (A).

Adjust the set screw (B) to the correct CO
2
value (clockwise higher and anti-
clockwise lower).

After measurement and setting replace the cover cap (A) and close the CO
2
measurement nipple.

Adjust the appliance to the maximum power by simultaneously pressing the keys
and (2 x) on the operating panel until an
H
appears on the display.

Measure the CO
2
percentage. If the CO
2
percentage does not correspond with the
value in the table below please contact the manufacturer.

Press simultaneously on the and
keys to leave the test program.
16
Fit the front panel to the appliance.

Check that the measurement nipples used are gas-tight.
