Checking gas-/air ratio
The gas-/air adjustment has been set in the factory and in principle requires no
adjustments.
The setting can be checked by measuring the CO
2
percentage in the combustion
gases (X).
In the case of possible disturbance of the adjustment, replacement of the gas valve
or conversion to another gas type the adjustment must be checked and if necessary
set as follows:
1.
Switch the appliance off with the (on/off symbol) button .[-] will appear in service
display.
2.
Remove appliance front panel.
3.
Remove sampling point X to insert suitable flue gas analyser probe .
4.
Switch appliance on with (on/off symbol)button and create a CH demand
Test program H = HIGH SETTING:

Select High setting by simultaneously pressing (spanner symbol) and [+]
buttons twice. [H] appears in service display . (DO NOT TEST with [h] in service
display- press (spanner symbol) and [+] again.)
6.
Allow readings to stabilize and check the CO
2
percentage is as listed in table
under 10.8
7.
Record the CO
2
percentage.
Test program L = LOW SETTING:
8.
Select Low setting by simultaneously pressing (spanner symbol) and [-] once. L
appears in service display.

Allow readings to stabilize and check the CO
2
percentage as listed in table 10.8
10.
Record the CO
2
percentage
11.
Switch off appliance with (on/off symbol) and replace sample point cap X.
12.
Replace front cover.
Check that the Flue sampling point X is gas tight after
sampling.
It is not possible to adjust the CO
2
percentage on test
program H. When the CO
2
percentage is not in accordance
with the value as listed in table 10.8, please contact Intergas
Technical Services 01527 888 000.
No adjustment to the CO
2
percentage should be made
without permission from Intergas Technical Services.
Work on gas carrying parts may only be carried out by a
qualified competent person.
