2,5" mounting
- Remove both side panels.
- Paste the washers on the holes for the hard
disks (decouples the hard disks and avoid
electric short circuit).
- Hold the hard disks at the outer side.
- Fix it from inside with screws B.
3,5" mounting
- Slide the absorber D onto screw E
- Remove right side panel.
- Insert hard disk into the bracket. Keep
connectors outside.
- Fix the hard disk with screw F.
Attention: This Controller can be connected to a RGB Mainboard to be controlled
by it.
Connect it ONLY to the 5V Digital connector.
- The RGB controller is completely connected on delivery.
- Follow the figure on left side when re-connecting the cables of the controller.
- Connect the power cable of the controller directly to a Molex connector of the power supply.
A= RGB Fan, 5V Digital
B= RGB Strips, 5V Digital
C= Mainboard connector, 5V Digital/ PWM (only S-3906)
D= Fan
E= Plug for speed control (only S-3901)
To A:
Connectors A can be used for regular and additional RGB fans. Lights will be controlled by the controller. Please use only compatible
fans (Art. 88885467) from Inter-Tech.
To C:
The cable has one plug for PWM and one plug RGB 5V Digital on the mainboard side. Some mainboards need a monitoring signal for
PWM. Because the controller don´t offer this the software of the mainboard must be switched to the manual mode to control fan
speed automatically.
To D:
You can plug standard fans on connectors D. The speed will be controled over the controler if it´s connected to the PWM control of
the mainboard.
Speed Control:
S-3901: The case has a switch on top to adjust speed to OFF/ 50%/ 100%
S-3906: The Fan PCB of S-3906 has a connector for PWM. Please connect the PWM plug with the fan connector of your mainboard.
Fan control:
The fans can be controled by using the switch on top of the case or by mainboard software.
Control by switch:
1 second - ON
Short typing - Switch between effects
4 seconds - Switch to mainboard control
6 seconds - OFF
