Intenza Treadmills Handbook. Maintenance: How To Align The Safety Belt
During running or walking, the left and right foot may exert different force to the running belt.
How To Align The Running Belt
EN
This will cause the running belt to run “off—centered”. Intenza Treadmills are designed, and built, to ensure proper belt
tracking that will automatically “re—center”. Occasionally, the belt may need further adjustment to keep it centered. To center the
belt, use the “T” wrench, provided with the product, to adjust the rear roller position.
RUNNING BELT CENTREING PROCEDURE
· Never turn the bolts more than 1/4 turn at a time.
· Always tighten one side and loosen the other to prevent over tightening the belt.
·
Turn on the treadmill. Adjust belt while the treadmill is running at 4mph (6.4 kph) with no person on the running belt.
1. Turn the left roller bolt 1/4 turn clockwise (to tighten).
2. Turn the right roller bolt 1/4 turn counterclockwise (to loosen).

·
Over tightening the belt can significantly shorten the belt life.
·
To reduce the risk of electrical shock, always unplug the treadmill from the electrical outlet after using, and before, cleaning.
·
For Entertainment console, first press console power button to put treadmill into energy saving mode, then unplug the power cord or switch
off the equipment.
