Registration package function
Function description:
"Registration package" should be used by the server to
identify device data. The registration package supports "connection sending" and
"data carrying". "Connection sending" refers to sending a registration packet when the
device establishes a connection with the server. "Data carrying" means that the device
carries the registration packet in front of the data and sends it to the server.
Register packet hold register address:
41366~41378（0x0555~0x561）
Support function codes: 03 (read holding registers), 10 (write multiple holding registers)
