Choose or Ignore left and/or right walls. It is best practice to use
parallel walls and ignore walls that aren’t parallel to the cleaning area.
To ignore the wall, press the associated

to start
acquiring the area.
9.
Step aside from the rear of the robot to allow it to learn the near wall
distance. The robot will then drive itself down the center of the area
until it encounters an end wall. To pause acquisition, press
; to
stop acquisition of the area, press
.
10.
When the robot has detected an end wall it will stop and display
“Learning Done.” To complete the area acquisition, press
.
11.
At the end of each area acquisition there will be an opportunity to edit
the area wall hugs. To edit the left wall hug position, press left wall
(see red arrow).
12.
Use the large up and down arrows to change the wall hug position.
Note: To increase in larger increments, press the small yellow up
arrow; to return to smaller increments, press the up arrow again.
