4. Installation
The sensor must be installed on a flat, fixed, flicker-free surface with a height between 2.0 and 2.4 meters. It is recommen-
ded to install the sensor parallel to the wall for the greatest detection range. If the sensor is installed tilted or with the use
of an articulator, its detection range and
Pet function may be impaired in order to nullify the function.
To install the sensor, follow the procedure below:
» Open the sensor front cover using a screwdriver or similar tool.
» Insert the battery observing the polarity indicated on the product plate. The LED will blink for a few seconds (stabilization
time), when it goes off, the sensor will already be in normal operation.
Note:
do not register the sensor in the central during the stabilization time, wait for it to start working.
» To register the sensor code in the alarm control panel, check the procedure in the manual of the used alarm control panel
and trigger a trip or press the PROG button located on the sensor board.
