express and implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for
a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable
law. No representative, distributor, dealer or agent of Mobileye has
the authority to make any representation, warranty, or agreement
on behalf of Mobileye with respect to this Mobileye 8 Connect. No
representation or warranty of any kind or nature is made by Mobileye
beyond the Limited Warranty expressly included herein. In no event
shall Mobileye be liable for any special, collateral, indirect, punitive,
incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages in connection with
or arising out of, or in connection with the use of this Mobileye 8
Connect, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
