6.2.2
Finishing the Start-Up Process
Default settings of PIN codes see in section ‘PIN codes’ of chapter ‘Operation’.
1.
Change the master and the system manager code.
By doing this you prevent unauthorized manipulation.
2.
Repeat entering the new codes when the safe is open.
By doing this you prevent entering wrong code at a later date.
3.
Set up the extension unit EloXT II via operating unit / software
TwinComm / and configure them.
4.
Test the functions of units EloXT II as far possible and required, and seal the
units EloXT II by attaching the adhesive labels
“VdS” onto the cover screws.
5.
Configure system according to your conceptions.
You have finished the start-up process successfully.

FlatControl: Attaching the Menu Keypad
1.
With the menu keypad in its proper position, via thumb (A) press
slightly and push the keypad to the right side (B).
2.
With a fingernail or a suitable tool, lift the keypad off its support (C).

3.
Remove protective foil (B) from the back of the menu keypad.

Paste keypad onto its support (C) at the operating unit.
You have fastened the menu keypad successfully.
