If ActiveX is running but you still cannot see live video, a red cross is displayed in the center of

the video and a yellow light

appears in the device status, change the port number (do not

use port number 80).

Note:

Make sure that your firewall or anti-virus software does not block the camera or ActiveX. If

you still cannot see live video, try shutting down the firewall or anti-virus software and try again.
