SPAN 500 BRIDGED TOWER

6. Install trapdoor platform on the 4

th

rung.

Trapdoor platform must be installed so the

trapdoor opens to the outside of the structure.

Note:

Apply wind lock when platform is installed as shown.

7. Using the 3T method, install the horizontal braces on the 5

th

and 6

th

rung on both sides of the

platform. Install braces on the horizontal rungs.

Do not stand on the platform until all guardrails are installed.
