ASSEMBLY

STEP 1

Fill some of water or sand before assembling, it better to be sand.

Attach the bottom pole (D) and wheels (H) into the groves of the base (C). Using the axle (I) through

them to secure.

Secure the support arms to the base and bottom pole by using two bolts (2), two bolts (3) through six

washers (W-2) and two nuts.

Support arm with slot hole

should connect with bottom pole

Support arm with round hole

should connect with base
