Partner keys
The advanced operating manual will be available for free
as a PDF file in the download area of www.innovaphone.com.
All described functions are related to the IP200 phone connected to an innovaphone PBX.
The configuration of the phone has to be done over Web interface. Use this key to enter the menu,
select for administration and confirm with , select information and confirm again. The first line
shows the actual IP address of your phone device. Enter this IP address in the address field of your Web browser.

The partner keys can be found on the right hand side of the telephone IP230. There are 10 partner keys available
on the device. Using appropriate additional modules the number of partner keys can be extended by a further 30
keys. Up to 3 additional modules can be connected to the telephone, so that up to 100 partner keys are available.
In principle the partner keys can be programmed with all functions, which are also available for the function keys
next to the display. The current status is not indicated on the display instead an LED is integrated into the key.
This means the key block is optimally appropriate for the function as partner key.

Dial
When this key is pressed, the configured partner calling number is
dialled in hands free mode. Picking up the handset means the call is
transferred to handset. The key can also be used to transfer calls.

Pick-Up
The partner’s telephone is ringing. The call can be transferred to own
telephone by pressing the key and can be received as usual.
on
User busy
The partner telephone is busy. This phone can only be reached or
transferred to if the call-waiting function is activated.
