COOLING FUNCTION
To avoid melting ice cream after preparation, the ice cream maker will automatically start the
cooling function to keep the ice-cream cold for another 20 minutes.
CAUTION
: To avoid spillage and waste, make sure that the total ingredients added do not
exceed 700ml (milk, cream, fruit, sugar, etc.).
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Remove the plug from the power supply before proceeding with any cleaning or
maintenance operation.
• Clean the mixing paddle and bowl using a neutral detergent and rinse thoroughly with
water.
• Remove any food residues from the motor body using a damp cloth.
• Do not immerse the product in water or other liquids.
• Make sure all components are completely dry before putting them back in the ice cream
maker.
ATTENTION
: The accessories are not dishwasher safe.
RECIPES
VANILLA ICE CREAM
(6 PORTIONS)
1 cup of whole milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/2 cups heavy cream, well chilled
1 – 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Pour sugar and milk into a bowl and mix the ingredients together using an electric mixer at
low speed for about 2 minutes. Add the cream and vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture into the bowl of the ice cream maker and start processing for about 30-40
minutes until the mixture is well thick.
VARIATIONS
You can replace the vanilla extract with any other extract you like.
In the last 5 minutes of processing, you can add chocolate flakes, crumbled biscuits, dried fruit
etc. to get an even tastier ice-cream.
CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
(6 PORTIONS)
1 cup of whole milk
1 / 2 cup granulated sugar
240g chocolate flakes
1 cup heavy cream, well chilled
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Heat the whole milk in a saucepan and, once hot, add chocolate flakes and sugar and mix
everything until the mixture is homogeneous. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and allow it to
cool completely. Incorporate the cream and the vanilla extract to taste and pour the mixture
into the bowl of the ice cream maker and start processing for about 30-40 minutes until the
mixture is well thick.
