MEASURE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE

1. Follow the instruction to make yourself ready.

2. Press [ ]to start measurement.

3. The cuff starts to inflate. It is normal for the cuff to feel very tight. A pressure bar

indicator is displayed during measurement. See “PRESSURE BAR INDICATOR” for more

details

4. Once the pulse is detected, the symbol will flash according to your pulse beat.

5. When the measurement is complete, the systolic and diastolic pressure and pulse rate

are displayed and stored. At the same time, the cuff expels the remaining air and deflates

completely

6. Press [ ] to switch the device off.

NOTE:

You can stop inflation by pressing M button at any time
