AT ANY TIME YOU CAN SET THE DATE AND TIME:

1. Press the button [     ], to display date and time. Press and hold button [     ] for 3 seconds

and “24h” will flash to indicate that you are in the settings section, follow the procedure

as explained above.

HOW TO APPLY THE CUFF

1. Bare your left wrist, making sure that the circulation in the arm is not restricted by any 

cloth etc. that are too tight. Position the cuff on the inside of your wrist. 

2. Fasten the cuff with the velcro, fastening so that te upper edge of the monitor is 

positioned approximately 1 cm below the ball of your thumb.

3. The cuff has to be fitted tighty around the wrist but should not constrict it.
