Press the “ “ button once and the first “0” of the hour’s minutes for the start time
will start blinking. Press “ “ 3 times, and “0” becomes “3.” Press “ “ once,
and the second “0” for the minutes will start blinking. Press “ “ 5 times and “0”
becomes “5.”
(5) The process for the end time is the same - it will go from 6 pm as shown in
image 2 to 8:35 pm as shown in image 3.
(6) Press “ “ once, and the concentration level “5” will start blinking; press “ “
once and the “5” will become a “6”.
