PLACING TOOL IN SERVICE
LUBRICATION
Ingersoll–Rand No. 10 Ingersoll–Rand No. 67
Always use an air line lubricator with these tools.
We recommend the following Filter–Lubricator–Regulator
Unit:
International – No. C18–C3–FKG0
Motor
Before starting the Tool and after each eight hours of
operation, unless the air line lubricator is used, detach the
air hose and inject a few drops of Ingersoll–Rand No. 10
Oil into the air inlet.
Gearing
For models with H, J, JJ, K, or L gearing, after each
50,000 cycles or 160 hours of operation, whichever comes
first, inject 2 – 3 cc of Ingersoll–Rand No. 67 Grease into
the Grease Fitting.
For models with R gearing, after each 50,000 cycles or
160 hours of operation, whichever comes first, inject 3 – 4
cc of Ingersoll–Rand No. 67 Grease into the Grease Fitting.
