Document Server

Documents (files) from different applications such as the copier, printer, fax or scanner function
can be stored in the 20GB hard disk drive and reused. Using the Web Image Monitor, it is easy to
search and view saved documents in the Document Server using a standard web browser.

Retrieve to PC -

Download Fax & Scan data in PDF, Multi-page TIFF or JPEG

With the File Format Converter you can also download Copy & Print data

Search & View (with Web Image Monitor) -

Search files by file name or user name

View files by thumbnail, icon or detail

Benefits to Customers

Easy “paper to electronic” conversion – large quantities of documents can be converted to
electronic data quickly. Using the HDD for storage reduces paper consumption (cost saving),
helps to manage both paper and electronic documents (improves productivity), and finding the right
document is much easier (saves time). And the HDD can also be accessed with the Web Image
Monitor (ease of use).
