11. TESTING HbA1c
STEP 4.
Carefully insert the cartridge into the cartridge compartment once the 'cartridge insert'
icon is displayed. Hold the cartridge so that the barcode faces to the left.
Make sure a gentle snap is either heard or felt to ensure proper placement.
STEP 5.
The LCD will then display the ‘Reagent Pack’ and ‘Applying sample’ icon.
NOTE :
Do not force the cartridge into the system. The cartridge is designed to fit
only in one way.
Environmental influences(e.g. air humidity and light) on the test cartridge
may cause damage to the test cartridges and lead to false measurements
or error messages.

Gently mix the reagent pack 5 ~ 6 times before applying blood sample.
STEP 5-1.
Place the blood sample up to the sample collecting
area by softly touching the blood sample.
make sure that the sample area is completely filled.
STEP 5-2.
11. TESTING HbA1c
CAUTION :
Do not mix it too violently. It may make some bubbles. If you drop the
test cartridge and the bubble is arisen in the test cartridge, please wait
until the bubble sinks.
IMPORTANT :
After the capillary tip is filled with sample, analysis must begin
within 5 minutes.
