Troubleshooting information is also available in the program help. To access help:
Right-click the InFocus Wireless DisplayLink taskbar icon and select Help from the menu.
Or click
in the title bar of the InFocus Wireless DisplayLink Control Panel main window.

Problem
Solutions to Try
InFocus Wireless DisplayLink
taskbar icon is gray:
(gray)
and the Wireless DisplayLink Control
Panel software shows the Computer
Adapter as 'Not connected'.
(The Computer Adapter status
indicator light may also be off:
)
Make sure the Computer Adapter's USB flash
drive is
not
connected to your computer (this is a
slide-out connector labeled INSTALL).
Unplug the Computer Adapter from your
computer's USB port, wait a few seconds, then
plug it back in (make sure you‘re plugging in the
swivel connector, not the slide-out connector
labelled INSTALL).
Exit from the InFocus Wireless DisplayLink
Control Panel software (right-click the icon and
choose Exit), then re-start it (from the desktop
shortcut, or from Start > Programs > InFocus
menu).
If the above solutions don't work, restart your
computer and try again.
