9. REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
the fabric shell until it is in the correct position with the valve
correctly aligned with the fabric hole.
4 The tips of each side chamber should overlap each other at
the ends. To achieve this, pull the chamber past the end of the
kayak and into the opposite side by 10cm.
5 The chamber should be positioned with the ends curving up
slightly to achieve the correct shape when inflated. To check
this, the chamber’s outer seam should be in line with the outer
seam of the kayak.
6 After replacing the chamber, fully close the zips and ensure the
valve is aligned with the hole in the fabric shell.
7 Partially inflate and check the alignment. If it needs
adjustment, partially deflate, adjust and repeat the process. It
may take a little time to correctly reposition the chamber.
