Thermostat Control in Function Knob
The thermostat is used to control the room temperature. It acts as a switch
and does not vary the amount of heat output from the heater.
Temperature setting
•
Turn the function knob to high temperature setting.
•
Once the desired room temperature is reached, slowly turn the
thermostat knob clockwise until you hear a click. The heater will now
stop operating.
•
The heater will turn on and off automatically maintaining the room
temperature that you have set.
Overheat Safety Device
Your heater is fitted with a safety device that switches off the heater in the
event of overheating. Should the heater stop working, turn the heater off
and inspect for blockage of air inlet or outlet. Wait at least 5 minutes for the
protection system to reset before attempting to re-start the heater.
Maintenance
•
Always remove the plug from the socket outlet and allow the heater to
cool down before cleaning it.
•
Wipe the heater with a soft damp (not wet) cloth.
WARNING
Do not immerse the heater in water.
