Temperature Sensor
Monitoring of the chip temperature is provided by the on-chip temperature sensor which delivers temperature-
proportional voltage to the TEMP output pin (pin 30). Alternatively the output voltage can be read out via the
analog multiplexer output ANA (pin 25). The temperature sensor can be independently biased through
VCCTEMP (pin 29). This makes it possible to measure the chip temperature while the main supply of the
transceiver is switched off.
