Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) 

A digital multi-carrier modulation method used with Fast Fourier Transform algorithms to 
achieve very high throughput and increase spectral efficiency 

Special Temporary Authority (STA) 

A temporary broadcast license that allows a broadcast station to operate outside of its normal 
technical or legal parameters
