Audio System

General Mobile Radio Service (GMRS)

The audio system and instrument cluster display will work

with commercially available two-way radios that feature

GMRS and a 1.5mm cable jack.
To connect a two-way radio to the audio system, an

accessory wire harness must be installed on the motorcycle.

Please see your authorized INDIAN MOTORCYCLE dealer

for more information.
Once the two-way radio is connected and stored-away in the

right-side front fairing compartment, driver

communications over the radio are handled by a paired/

active headset and controlled by the left-hand control.
When receiving communications,

“GMRS RX” will be displayed on

the screen.

To transmit over the two-way
radio, press and hold

When transmitting, “GMRS TX”

will be displayed on the screen.

Tip: The radio will delay the audio source (if active) for 15 seconds

after receiving or transmitting communications. To return

immediately to the active media source after receiving or
transmitting, push and release
