THERMISTOR
1.
Remove the tank (K).
2.
The thermistor is fixed with a fixing screw to the
bottom of the sump.
Q. HEATER AND CUT OUT
1.
Remove the tank (K).
2.
Remove wiring noting connection orientation.
3.
Remove the 4 fixing screws.
4.
Slide the heater forward to remove.
Note: -
Ensure the heater metal 'pocket' is
correctly fitted.
R.
SUMP
1.
Remove the tank (K).
2.
Remove the wash pump (L).
3.
Remove the drain pump (N).
4.
Remove the heater (Q).
5.
Disconnected all hoses and pressure tube.
6.
Lift Clear.
Note: -
When refitting ensure the sump is correctly located into the base and the sump
ring is correctly located and fully turned clock wise.

PRESSURE SWITCH
1.
Remove the wrap round
case (C)
2.
Compress the pressure
switch tab and remove.
3.
Noting the wiring
orientation, remove the
wiring.
4.
Remove the pressure
tube. Ensure if replacing
the pressure tube, it is
routed as in the photo
below, and fitted through
the clip.
