WRAP ROUND OUTER CASE

1.

Open the dishwasher door.

2.

Remove the 6 Philips screws around the front of the 
outer case.

3.

Remove the 8 rear Philips screws around the rear 
of the outer case.

4.

Remove 1 Philips screw from under each outer 
case side. Release 2 location tabs under each side 
and 1 from each plinth.

5.

Lift the case away from the machine.

DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

1.

Remove the wrap round cabinet (C).

2.

Removed the 2 Philips screws securing the door lock assembly to the top edge of the inner door.

3.

Disconnect the electrical connections.

Note: - When refitting the door catch assembly, ensure the door catch assembly is correctly located 
into the top edge of the inner door panel before tightening the fixing scews.

SOAP/RINSE AID ASSEMBLY

1.

Separate the inner and outer door panels (A).

2.

Noting the wiring connections release the locking tabs from the electrical terminals and remove.

3.

Remove the fixing screws from the 2 dispenser fixing brackets.

4.

The dispenser can now be removed from the inner door panel.

ELECTRICAL CARDS & SELECTOR FITTED TO INNER DOOR PANEL

Note: - All these components are replaced as one unit including wiring.

1.

Separate the inner and outer door panels (A).

2.

Remove the outer case (C).

3.

Remove all components from the outer door panel.

4.

On/Off Switch and Start/Pause Cards: - Remove 1 Philips fixing screw from each and lay the cards 
to one side.
