FEATURES :
The Testing Pump is very compact, light in weight and can be unbolted to carry easily.
Stand is designed in such a way to keep on plane surface and operate without any foundation. Even
in Testing Pumps also no fixing or foundation is needed. All the working parts are made of stainless
steel & Fiber. All the joints are threaded so that any part can be easily replaced even at site also.

1. Install the stop valves to the test pipe (#1,#2).
2. Fill up the test pipe with water by the use of service water or other
supply source.
3. When the test pipe is filled with water, remove air and close the valve
(#2).
4. Connect the tester and the test pipe with the attached pressure-resistant
hose ass'y.
5. Fill the water tank of the tester with water and operate the pump.
6. Open the stop valve (#1) of the test pipe and continue the operation to
fill up with water.
7. When the pressure gauge No.23 equipped to the tester rises to the
required pressure, stop operate the pump.
8. If the pressure does not drop, the test pipe is perfect.
9. If the pressure drops, it is indicative of leakage caused somewhere on
the test pipe.
