Lubrication
Unplug the treadmill and lubricate the plate
beneath it using silicone oil after every 30
hours of operation.
Allow the belt to run unloaded for 3
minutes to distribute the silicone oil.
If the belt runs unevenly
During operation, the belt may run to the
right or left if one of your legs is stronger
than the other. Always try to run in the
middle of the belt.
If the belt runs to the right, tighten the
right adjustment screw or loosen the left
adjustment screw.
If the belt runs to the left, tighten the
left adjustment screw or loosen the right
adjustment screw.
The belt must run at a speed of 2-3 km/h
while you make this adjustment.
You should only turn the screws a quarter
of a revolution at a time. Do not tighten the
screws too much, as this may damage the
treadmill.
If the belt slips
If the belt is too loose, it may slip on
the rollers or it may stop when a person
steps on it. Turn both adjustment screws
clockwise to tighten the belt. You should
only turn the screws half a revolution at a
time.

may damage the treadmill.
Transport and storage
You can fold the treadmill up so that it takes
up less space and is easy to move.
Please note that the treadmill is very heavy!
Use the correct lifting technique when
handling the treadmill.
Folding
Hold the rear of the treadmill with one
hand and lift the horizontal section of the
treadmill up until the cylinder (10) engages
in the locked position.
You can now move the treadmill by tilting it
and moving it on the built-in wheels.
Unfolding
Take fi rm hold of the rear of the treadmill
with one hand.
Tread on the pedal (9) so that the cylinder
(10) is released.
Slowly lower the horizontal part of the
treadmill. Be careful not to trap your fi ngers
under the treadmill!
