4.2 JOINING HANDRAIL SECTIONS
There are two ways to join handrail sections:
with glue or by brazing them together.
4.2.1
Gluing

Apply the glue to the contact surfaces of
the coupling.

Insert the handrail coupling into the handrail
you want to extend.

Then slide the other handrail section over
the coupling.
If expansion joints are present,
go to section 4.2.3.
If no expansion joints are present,
go to section 4.3.1.
