ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Tools Required Assembling the Machine: Two Adjustable Wrenches and Allen
Wrenches
NOTE: It is strongly recommended two or more people assembling this machine to
avoid possible injury.
STEP 1 (See Exploded Diagram)
A.) Attach the Main Frame (#1) to the bracket on the Front Incline Support (#2). Secure it with
one M10 x 2 3/8” Carriage Bolt (#11), Ø ¾” Washer (#13), and M10 Aircraft Nut (#15).
B.) Slide the Front Incline Support (#2) onto the Front Stabilizer (#3). Use a Lock Knob (#16)
and the Lower Foam Tube (#5) to secure the Front Incline Support at desired incline
position.
C.) Insert the Foam Tube (#4) halfway through the hole on the Front Incline Support. Push
four Foam Rolls (#10) onto the Foam Tube and the Lower Foam Tube on the Front Incline
Support from both ends.
D.) Place the Upholstery Board (#17) onto the Main Frame (#1). Secure it with four M6 x ¾”
Allen Bolts (#12) and
∅
½” Washers (#14).
