Symptom                       Possible cause and solution

No sound on a 

Bluetooth device

The paired Bluetooth device is not 

switched on.

Volume to low.

Turn up the volume on DABMAN 1.

No headphone or external antenna 

connected.
A connected headphone or external 
antena is necessary to receive radio 
stations in DAB/DAB+ or FM mode.

No Bluetooth 

pairing possible

Pairing mode on the device you 

want to connect with is not active.

Please make sure, that the pairing 

mode on the device you want to 

connect with is activated.

The distance between the devices 

is too high. 

Please reduce the distance between 

both devices and try to pair the 

devices again. The distance should 

not be higher than 10 meters.
